Here's a Spotify playlist of the tracks I recommend in series 1 of the Will to Joy podcast in the order I recommend them. Each invokes some variety of Dionysian feeling for me. I hope they can do something similar for you:

Jimmy, thank you for what you do! I discovered the will to joy by accident after a frustrating inquiry to ChatGPT about will to power that lead nowhere. So I thought I'd look for a podcast, and never could I have imagined I'd find a resource as valuable and rich as the podcast you produce. Wow. I've also been aided quite significantly by Allen Carr in the past so you can imagine my surprise when I heard you mention him in one of the episodes. His tactics for removing bad desires entirely by reframing them and removing willpower from the equation changed my life. Anyways that's enough of my rant, I've signed up as a Patreon member. Please keep going! I feel you're on the trail of something that could be huge and have an incredible positive impact for humanity! Your friend, Zac from Toronto
